WARNING NOTICES TO HOMEOWNERS:
 
  • SCAM CALLS: At least one homeowner has been called by someone saying he is from the HOA and wants to discuss issues with that homeowner's property.  This call did not come from The Greens of Westminster HOA. If you do get a call from someone saying they are from the HOA, and it is not from the Property Manager Steven Carney, then it is a scam of some sort.  Please get that phone number, if you have caller ID, and report it to our office via phone message at 410-848-1233 or by email message at thegreensofwestminsterhoa@gmail.com.  
  • SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY:  Homeowners have reported people going door to door within the Greens. Some are claiming to be with local companies offering to do free estimates for renovation or home repair projects. If you see any activity that seems suspicious, please report it to our office via phone message at 410-848-1233 or by email message at thegreensofwestminsterhoa@gmail.com. If the activity seems dangerous or criminal, please report it to Westminster City Police: 410-848-4646.

The fastest way to get it resolved is to call our local government  enforcement agencies. These agencies have the capacity to fine, arrest and otherwise handle these violators.
