At least one homeowner has been called by someone saying he is from the HOA and wants to discuss issues with that homeowner's property.  This call did not come from The Greens of Westminster HOA.  

 

If you do get a call from someone saying they are from the HOA, and it is not from Nancy, Ned or Steve, then it is a scam of some sort.  Please get that phone number, if you have caller ID, and report it to our office via phone message at 410-848-1233 or by email message at thegreensofwestminsterhoa@gmail.com.
