The Greens of Westminster is a covenant-controlled subdivision of the City of Westminster located amidst the rolling hills of Carroll County, Maryland. The neighborhood covers 190 acres including 742 homes on individual lots and expanses of open space located throughout the community. The first phase of construction was started in November 1976, and the final phase completed in March 1995.

 

The Greens of Westminster Homeowners Association, Inc. was created to help provide a safe and harmonious community within the jurisdiction of the City of Westminster. The Association oversees the maintenance of the common ground, enforces covenants and restrictions, handles legal requirements for property transfers, collects the HOA assessments, plans activities for community members, and maintains liability insurance on common property and HOA personnel.
